I have extensive HR experience spanning over 25 years in all facets of HR and my last role was an HR Director for a municipality. I am a thoughtful and creative leader who remains current and up to date on emerging trends and innovative strategies. As the previous Director responsible for the IT Department, I am familiar leading a team of IT Specialists and continuously thinking in a matter of applying process improvement methodology. I can work both strategically and operationally.

My education includes numerous diplomas and certificates including a Human Resources Management Diploma, an Executive Diploma in Municipal Management (Dipl. M.M.), an executive Certificate in Conflict Management from the University of Windsor, Law Faculty and three certifications, CPHR, CHRP and the Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL). The CHRP qualification is an equivalent to a bachelor’s degree and the CPHR is transferrable across Canada.

I am proficient in the use of the MS Office Suite including extensive use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, MS Project, Visio, Kronos, JD Edwards, SAP payroll systems and HRIS databases of Info:HR, and Great Plains.
