My skills with customers comes from my Airline Training. I was a proud employee of Pan American Airways until they closed in 1991. I learned the art of satifying customers and taking their negatives and changing them into a positive experience. I listen to what they want, I repeat back to them what they just told me, this way the customer feelings they are being understood.
