Skills:
I am currently in my final year to complete a joint specialization of English in History with a minor in professional writing. Over the course of three years, my university studies have allowed me to become very organized, gain knowledge with computers (especially Microsoft Office) and have also provided me with multiple opportunities to improve my writing: I was published in the Concordia Association for Students in English (CASE)’s yearly publication Literature Undergraduates’ Colloquium at Concordia (LUCC), a participant in the 2015 LUCC conference, vice president of external affairs for CASE and a note taker for the Access Centre for Students with Disabilities. My two-year experience as an assistant manager for Dollarama has allowed me to develop strong leadership skills, time management skills and communication skills. During my two years working as a waitress and hostess for the restaurants Deli-Quest and Eggsquis, I learned how to multi-task, how to work under pressure and how to stay calm in any situation. Having always worked in with the public, I have become a great team player and can easily get along with anyone.
