My background includes 20+ years of experience analyzing and ensuring accuracy of all corporate technical documentation within multi-million dollar corporations, managing HR functionality and hiring over 2,000 employees and contractors. Managing multiple grants and contracts in SAP, Model N, SalesForce, Word, and Excel. Creating public utility, international wholesale, government (FAR, DFAR), and medical grants and contracts from cradle-to-grave. Writing grant and contract requirements that abide by HIPPA, City, State, and Federal policies, ordinances, and regulations. Interpreting contract provisions, enforcing penalties and compliance terms. I conduct pre-proposal meetings encompassing RFPs, RFQs, and IFB’s. Developing scopes of work for over 750 contracts per year and maintaining all amendments. Handling bid protests, cure letters, and vendor related issues.

I have achieved my Masters in Commercial and Government Contract Management Certification.
