As part of my dissertation, I conducted consumer and market research to determine who the target audience was for my chosen company. The study explored the best ways to reach these groups and also who the main competitors are. In addition, I created a digital strategy to gain 100,000 new customers and increase sales by 10% over a 6 month period. This was achieved by employing PPC, SEO, Partnerships and Social Media Ads.
