I have 4 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative. I handled Online shopping for flowers and furniture. I assist customers with their delivery status queries, damaged items, cancellations/returns, and inquiries about the product. I assist them via Phones (inbound/outbound), chats, and emails.
I have handled the Telco account. I assist customers with their TV, home phone, and internet services. I assist them with their bills including basic troubleshooting. Upselling is also part of our metrics.
I have handled Healthcare account. I assists customers with their health coverage with their health cards and claims. I also assist clients who is placing orders (wound equipment).
