I am an experienced estimator/project manager. I started in the industry as a laborer, and slowly worked my way through school, and then took a great interest in the office end of the business. I have been a Asst PM, Superintendent, Estimator, and Project Manager. I have worked in commercial, NYC Ultra-High end residential, governmental, and heavy highway; I have done estimating and PM work in all previously listed I am proficient, in Word, Power Point, Project, On-Screen Takeoff, Buildexact, Houzz Pro and I do have some experience with Bluebeam but not extensive.
