Jose is a part-time student pursuing a business administration diploma at the University of Victoria's Continuing Studies Division. I used to work as a part-time accounting clerk in a Vancouver Island based co-operative with core businesses in grocery, petroleum, and convenience stores.

I hold a bachelor's degree in accountancy and is a Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) of Canada and the Philippines. I was also elected as a Member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (MICB) of the United Kingdom.

I used to work for the Philippines' Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) where he gained expertise in the collection of delinquent taxes. I was also worked in a finance and accounting outsourcing company, where I was assigned as the accountant of a Greek-inspired restaurant and was in charge of the full-cycle accounting of the branch in Cebu City, Philippines.
