Attributes that best describes:
With two years of progressive and broad Human Resources experience at a large multinational, I have worked and covered almost every area of Human Resources, particularly in administration and recruitment.
I have organized and executed the full recruitment cycle in addition to a mass recruitment project which involved campus recruitment and walk-in interview events. As the main administrative officer for over 400 employees, I was responsible for a wide range of tasks; everything from drafting and negotiating contracts and offer letters, to administering benefits, to processing of work visa/work permits for expatriate workers.
In completing my duties I used Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint heavily in order to compile headcount data, benefits reports and employee information.
Apart from my Human Resource credential, I also work as a freelance writer/blogger- covering topics such as travel, food and fashion. I enjoy the writing and creative process and I’m eager to incorporate that into my HR work.
