I Engr. Muhammad Waseem Graduate of Electrical Electronics Engineering from Bahria University. Possessing a hunger for learning through the different disciplines of life, I started my career by working in Radio Frequency at Huawei Technologies as an OMCR Engineer where I got to learn about the user end experience and the KPI Alterations to get the desired results in terms of Throughput enhancement & Coverage area increment. During this technical learning progress, I sharpened my Excel skill from beginner to advance as we had to better analyze the network by doing complex benchmarking of live events. Curiosity to know the backend process of telecom operations made me switch my job to ZTE (Zhongxing Telecom Engineering) as Resident BSS Engineer where I got a chance to interact and troubleshoot level 3 issues from BTS till Exchanges passed through multiple nodes Via Microwave or Fiber medium. This exposure to different mediums of transmission helped me grow my analytical & troubleshooting skills. As a Resident Engineer, I had the privilege to learn the basics of server integration by working on Linux and windows server OS and adjusting their routings through firewalls and Cisco switches. Carrying this dream of understanding the whole network Operations & Management of the telecom sector I gained all necessary technical knowledge including site integration, Media Transmission & Troubleshooting of issues. Besides this technical part, I had the privilege to lead a team of several field engineers for Rollout and operational issues which helped me strengthen my management skills.

A dream of knowing the whole process of telecommunication took me to ZONG CMPak as a Site Acquisition Engineer where I found out beside all this telecom infrastructure there is a backend site acquiring process that consists of candidate hunting, Lease signing, Civil Works and Telecom Installation. Acquiring technical knowledge I was placed as a coordinator between all Network Construction department and given tasks of a leading project of Dismantling and Relocation of sites covering all these aspects to have my maximum utilization. Being a coordinator it is necessary to have a track of projects running in the department, for that my excel expertise came as a savior as I developed Multiple Dashboards and Trackers to streamline the delivery of projects. Also, I design high-level Presentations of the department as well, showcasing the progress and challenges in a more self-explanatory way.

Keeping a road map of learning gave me this ladder of success on which I am walking passionately with belief that one day when I will reach that higher management position I will be left with nothing to work on.
