I’m a purveyor of peculiar notions and profound ideas. My resume shows a range of experience – from communications and marketing to finance and retail – but the story it doesn’t tell is the incredible journey I’ve had so far.
During my career, I’ve had the privilege of working for brands that know their customer. I've been able to understand the power of branding and have leveraged brand equity to build consumer experiences.
But I’m more than a storyteller. I work to help brands build experiences with their stakeholders.
My best work comes from companies who give me a challenge and have told me, “Go.” So I have.
The last five years, I’ve built a social media program from the ground up, as well as wear many hats under the social, digital and mobile umbrella – from managing projects to building a community and center of excellence; creating and integrating digital/social strategies; teaching and advocating; planning conferences, parties and activations either online or in real life.
And I love it.
I get a high off creative executions, traffic spikes and consumers who can’t believe a big brand actually listened and cared. Data insights propel my decisions. I have a tendency to proofread text messages for AP style.
My passion for connecting brands and consumers are what drives me – and it’s been a fantastic journey.
