I have extensive professional experience in the financial sector, with a focus on back-office operations management and project management. Since November 2019, I have held the position of Manager at ODDO BHF, where I led the launch and stabilization of the back-office structure in Tunis, overseeing various services such as static data management, private assets, securities, and banking derivatives. My responsibilities included recruitment, training, implementing performance dashboards, managing follow-up committees, and supervising team development.

I have also managed cross-functional and IT projects at ODDO BHF, including ISAE 3402 process certification, creating tools for tracking procedure updates, and digitizing records.

In terms of education, I hold an MBA from the University Paris Dauphine-PSL and a Master's degree in International Business from the Higher School of Commerce of Tunis. I am also pursuing a Project Management Professional certification.

Before my current position, I held positions of responsibility at the Banque Internationale Arabe de Tunisie, including roles as head of back-office securities services, head of securities back offices, and manager at the depository control. My responsibilities included team management, operation validation, periodic reporting, as well as involvement in process reliability projects and client onboarding.

I am proficient in various technical tools such as Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), Data Visualization (COGNOS Analytics, Power BI), Microsoft Office 365, SQL, and Prezi, and I am fluent in French with an intermediate level in English.
