2 years experience in BPO industry with back-office jobs, billing support, technical assistant. Currently working as Billing support for a Technical and Maintenance company using Global Edge system and client's portal for submitting invoice. Thoroughness in updating client details, labor & travel price, parts & serial number. Coordinate with Managers and dispatcher for task that requires their attention.

With a total of 12 of experience in an Airline Industry under Engineering
Department with a focus in Technical records, Production Planning, Planned
maintenance, Creating work orders, customer service and administration. Reviewing maintenance log book for planned maintenance task. Allocating work, supervising technicians and making sure tasks are completed within the given and acceptable turn around time. Coordinating with other workshop for task required such as paint job, leather replacement, safety equipment check, machine shop requirements for aircraft parts that needs cleaning, repair or replacement.
