I am an expert in IT helpdesk support with over 3 years of working experiences as well as a CRM support professional.
I started my career in IT as a Helpdesk support with Union bank of Nigeria PLC where I managed 6 different branches of the bank. Some of my job functions there include network troubleshooting, software testing/installations, OS configuration, email management, incident management, Microsoft OneDrive management, hardware maintenance, training of colleagues, backup/recovery of files for users, asset management and so on. Due to my hard work and good team player, I was awarded as one of the top 5 best IT Helpdesk Officer.
In the month of November 2023, I joined Flour Mills of Nigeria PLC as an IT helpdesk Support officer where I manage over 300 users and rendered professional services such as software installation, remote connection to resolves issues, OS installation, network troubleshooting, asset management, incident management, hardware installation, patch management and so on.
As an experienced editor on Wikipedia, Immediately I joined joined Flour Mills of Nigeria PLC, I noticed their official Wikipedia page was out dated and I called the attention of my line manager who directed me to our communications department where I was asked to be managing the official Wikipedia page of Flour Mills of Nigeria PLC.
