I have worked at a telephone banking call center taking back to back inbound customer calls. I answered general inquiries, paid bills for the customer, and helped customers with arrangement of investments, among other duties.
I have worked in customer service/administration with accounts payable and accounts receivable. Working with the customer to ensure that invoices are paid on time and correctly, researching why payments are late, contacting customers who are in default and making payment arrangements.
