Attributes that best describes:
I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Science (Occupational Therapy). I volunteered for a year after college in a rehabilitation centre for patients with adult disabilities. Not exactly finding what I'm looking for, I took short courses on communication and a few months after, landed a job as a pharmaceutical sales agent for a multi-national company. After a good year with my first employer, I applied to a bigger company for the same job. I stayed with Servier (my second employer) for eight whole productive years and moved to Canada after getting married in 2011. For another year, I worked for Unilever Canada as a sales representative, traveling across the Prairies for my daily coverage. I gave birth to my beautiful child in 2012 and decided to stay home and focus on motherhood. Having done that, I was able to also find time for my childhood passions: the arts. I work as a freelance copywriter and a photographer. It is gratifying and fulfilling to be able to look after my child properly and earn a few extra bucks doing what I'm passionate about.
In the years I've worked for an employer, I've learned to be both a team leader and team member. It was always important to know how to balance working independently and within a group. Meeting commitments was always a priority especially ones made with clients. I was trained to handle small and huge events, in launching new products, having a sense of urgency, organizing reports and daily schedules and meeting set goals. The training I got from the time I had in college to over a decade of being in the field force has helped me even to this day.
