Attributes that best describes:
Strong analytical skills
Enthusiastic scientist with over 20 years of research in the pharmaceutical, bioanalytical and metabolism sectors. Have consistently excelled throughout my career by applying a strong work-ethic and intellectual curiosity to the problem at hand. I am known for my analytical and results-oriented approach. I have been as a leader and major contributor to the Theratechnologies team that achieved approval from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) of the U.S.A. for Egrifta© (tesamorelin for injection); the first and only treatment approved for HIV-associated lypodystrophy. Participated extensively in the preparation and interpretation of all non-clinical sections, as well as the clinical pharmacology and biopharmaceutics portions of the drug application to the FDA. Other significant contributions include the development and initial validation of a unique purity method for the release and formulation development of tesamorelin as well as the oversight of bioanalytical method life cycle management for various peptide therapeutic candidates. Most notable of these was the large peptide, tesamorelin, from method development to GLP-compliant non-clinical toxicokinetic sample analysis to bioanalysis of clinical pharmacokinetic samples using a combination of LC/MS/MS and ligand binding assay approaches.
I am a creative and dynamic person who is respected as a committed, dedicated leader. I use my good humour, patience and sense of fairness to create a team atmosphere with those that I work with. I also have a good business sense.
