My background includes several years in a high pressure, service oriented retail environment with Nordstrom and then Chanel. In my 5+ years with these companies I was promoted 8 times to larger roles.
As Menswear Manager with Nordstrom, I led multiple teams of 15 and 16 employees to top sales performances corporately.
Most recently, I led a team of 18 employees in handling all matters of customer service for the entire US region and boutiques. This included product knowledge, tech support, web ordering, logistics, returns, repairs, client escalations, and client services.
