I've spent my career in the retail industry in a number of different roles. I have experience at a very senior level, managing teams of different personalities spanning buying, operations, planning and marketing. I launched a major retail Ecommerce business a number of years ago and am currently managing the existing business while looking for opportunities to grow it again. Over the past 3 years, with no additional investment, we’ve managed to triple the sales in a very profitable manner.

I am motivated by growth, change and improvement. Not necessarily in that order. My most enjoyable and productive career roles have been in a start-up, a company turnaround and a company introducing growth opportunities. I am pleased to say that I was an integral part in each of these companies.

I have led and been a major part of a number of technical projects, having responsibility for building processes, training users as well as participating as a business resource to help determine requirements. I work as easily with junior members of the organization as I do with the most senior executives.
