For the last 15 years I have assisted in conducting Job Analyses to include Job Surveys, Assessment Design, Test Bank Maintenance and Test Data Management.

In conducting the above, I have designed survey forms and databases for large companies in the electric and nuclear power industry as well as for an international engineering certification program for which I prepared and uploaded new examinations and maintained candidate certification data.

I have strong skills in all Microsoft Office software with emphasis on Access, Word and Excel.

Previous experiences include foreclosure processing and real estate title work. In addition, I took the real estate training at a well known real estate firm and passed with high marks, however, I did not pursue licensure., but have not ruled out pursuing it for the right opportunity.
