I hold a BA in Mass Communication along with 8 years work experience in the Customer Service Field. I have worked for one of the world’s largest airlines for the entirety of my career. And this is how I have discovered my life passion. Putting a smile on every person’s face fills my heart every time. I started out as an agent and made my way up the career ladder until I became Assistant Operations Manager. From handling basic customer issues through inbound phone calls to managing teams of agents and business operations, I have a deep understanding of my craft.
