I use my leadership skills to focus my team on achieving realistic and standardized goals on time.

I am adaptable, and thrive in a fast past environment, where multi-tasking and interpersonal skills are essential.

Working for major clothing companies, both wholesale and retail, has given me the insight into both sides of the industry, which is required in order to perform and compete in today's market.

I have studied Fashion Design at Lasalle college,

From there, I learned the ropes of merchandising as an Assistant Buyer for Zelo Groupe, UN ICELAND.

Continued my merchandising background with Le Chateau, filling in the position as an Assistant Buyer for the menswear casual department.
There I started taking care of local vendor production and cost negotiations.

After 4 years of working with Le Chateau, I received the opportunity to fill in the position of Merchandise Manager for Sellmore Foxy Jeans, Bauhaus.
Unfortunately two months after my start date the retail side of the business went bankrupt.

Got recruited to work for Groupe Dynamite as a Production Coordinator, and quickly moved up the ladder as a Sourcing Specialist for the biggest department of the company.
This department represents 30% of the Groupe Dynamite sales.

My responsibility as a Sourcing Specialist are and are not limited to:
¥ Review quarterly numbers by merchant team;
¥ Review quarterly fabrics, styles that will be needed by the design team;
¥ With both merchant numbers and fabrics my department needs, I am able to determine where my production will be placed;
¥ Analyze previous production for each vendor, delivery VS quality VS cost;
¥ If program switches are needed, what are the moves that can be done, are the vendors approved with what is needed? If not, do we have time to get them approved?
¥ Program cost negotiation;
¥ Production problem solving.
