“And as imagination bodies forth the shape of things unknown, the poet’s pen turns them to shapes and gives to airy nothing a local habitation and a name.” (Shakespeare)
I love the alchemy of conjuring thoughts into meaning, of turning impressions into poetry and casting ideas into words. Insight, curiosity, and clarity are my guiding principles for producing original content that makes an impact on readers. Whether it’s a speech, research essay, current affairs article, or polemic dissertation, my goal is simple: create polished, original, well-written content that informs, connects and inspires readers. My personal reading tastes include an eclectic range of authors, from Darwin to Hawking, from Homer to Kerouac, Confucius to Yeats. I hold a specialist BA in English Literature from the distinguished University of Toronto and continue to further my education in the humanities through rigorous daily reading.
Working as a freelance writer in Toronto, I have never been more fulfilled. I commit full time hours to reading and writing exclusively while I pursue my ambition of becoming an accomplished poet of the classical epic. Since starting my home office in December of 2015, I have written 30 news articles, 24 academic essays, research papers, and speeches on topics covering finance, real estate, and the humanities (history, psychology, art, philosophy and literature). I encourage constructive feedback and an open dialogue with each of m clients to ensure that the final product reflects their objectives rather than my agenda. I am always seeking to expand my horizons with new projects and I look forward to polishing your next writing assignment.
