With Almost 10 years of experience on Workforce management, Customer Service Management, Technical Support Functions and Office Management.
I started My career with a well known BPO company, where I worked as a Workforce Analyst and worked my way trough to the workforce supervisory position. I have handled Technical and customer support accounts.
I have handled multiple accounts doing forecasting, scheduling real-time managements and data analysis. Breaking down the numbers and formulating the necessary adjustments to achieve better results for the company.
I Started my online venture as a virtual assistant for an eCommerce website. The tasks covered are order and return authorization processing, debit and credit memo creation, and the eventually i was promoted as a supervisor handling everything from Customer service, web research and supervision of our news eCommerce website building.
I Am Knowledgeable in MS excel, IEX workforce tool, and MS office Applications and have excellent customer service skills. I then ventured into SEO Handling link building and web pages optimization, keyword research and analysis.
