I recently completed my Masters of Science degree in Cell Biology at McGill University. As this was a thesis-based research degree I developed extensive laboratory skills as well as a strong understanding of the fields of neuroscience, molecular biology, biochemistry and genetics as well as a solid understanding of current research in medical science as a whole. I have advanced academic writing skills achieved through the development of my thesis and other articles and contribution to a Canadian Institutes of Health Research Grant proposal. I have hands on experience with a wider verity of laboratory skills, including protein purification, SDS-PAGE, western blotting and cell culture. I have a record of academic success, achieving a GPA of 3.9/4.0 during my Master’s degree and 3.4/4.0 during my Honours Bachelor degree.

While working as a Research Associate for Blue Ocean Strategy, I acquired practical expertise in quantitative research methods and gained valuable exposure to competitive business strategy. During the completion of my Honours Bachelor degree at the University of Toronto I used statistical analysis techniques extensively both for my undergraduate education and during my post-graduate project.
