I have over 18 years of experience both in person and over the phone with scripted and unscripted work requirements for customer service. I have worked in call center environments for customer service fields ranging from normal Customer Service to Receivable Management and on Help Desk for Customer Service and Receivables Management. My most recent experience in customer service does also include helping customers with inquiries through emails.
