Expert in Customer Service
Location:Burlington, ON, Canada (From home)Education level: Masters
Education field: Liberal arts and humanities
Years of experience: more than 5
Attributes that best describes:
Strong analytical skills
As a Masters Graduate, I fine-tuned my analytical and research skills doing multiple projects requiring in depth analysis of theoretical material for reports and research papers. In addition, I did research for two of my professors as a graduate assistant, evaluating and determining the relevancy of the data and writing concise summations of the articles I reviewed. When writing my Masters thesis I had to employ critical thinking in developing my arguments against recent education policies in Canada and when defending my rationale. I gathered much data from primary sources to corroborate my conclusions and support the policies I recommended to curtail the negative trends I identified.
Additionally my experience with the Royal Bank of Canada has given me ample opportunity to develop as a professional. Working in a fast paced environment with multiple, changing variables, I have learned to adapt quickly and think ahead to avoid potential pitfalls. I strive for excellence and encourage my team in the achievement of our departmental goals. I have been vested with additional responsibility for my professionalism and ability to deal with a variety of people in a positive way. Further, I have obtained six years of superb customer service skills; and was selected by management to transfer those skills to my fellow colleagues through training and coaching.
Other strengths I offer are:
• Collaborative team player
• Commitment to excellence
• Attention to detail
• Highly organized and an excellent time manager
I believe I have the skills and enthusiasm to tackle any task set before me and will be an asset to any organization.
