Attributes that best describes:
I received my Master of Arts in English and Creative Writing from the University of New Brunswick in 2014, and a Bachelor of Arts, Honours, from Nipissing University in 2012. I have two years’ experience proofreading scholarly articles for spelling, grammar, typographic, and typesetting errors as an editorial assistant for Studies in Canadian Literature, Canada’s premier literary criticism magazine. During my time with SCL I learned MLA proofreading language and the Abode InDesign software. I have also cultivated an excellent eye for detail through my work in a number of positions that involve teaching grammar and writing skills in seminars at the university level. I have worked on scholarly manuscript publishing projects, including fact-checking and in-depth research. In addition to a love for all kinds of literature, I am used to working in a fast-paced environment that demands producing high-quality work with great attention to detail under strict deadlines.
