• Experience in office administration, answering telephones, managing inquiries, scheduling appointments, organizing files, updating databases, accepting and processing payments
• Over 4 years experience in financial services including accounting, investment valuation, custody, budgets, financial analysis and reporting, budgeting, and etc
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer service skills, and ability to build strong relationships developed through more than 10 years of customer service and sales experience in fast paced environments
• Detail-oriented with excellent organization, multi-tasking skills, ability to prioritize, and work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Excellent with Microsoft Office suite (including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access)
