For the last three years I have worked within the University of Toronto as an Administrative Assistant in many different departments. Here I have organized meetings between my supervisors and external entities, provided staff support during absences, collected time sheets of employees, worked extensively in excel analyzing data and managed several outlook inboxes that catered to inquires about our services.
