I am an industry-recognized Director, Creative Services/Creative Operations Director who has managed creative teams at such branding and advertising consultancies as Cella Consulting (Toys’R’Us), Anthem Worldwide (Revlon, Coca-Cola, Mars, Unilever), and FutureBrand (Starbucks, Coca-Cola, Healthy Choice, Spice Islands, Target), as well as for other well-known clients such as Barnes & Noble, AT&T, Anheuser Busch, The Clorox Companies, ConAgra, International Dairy Queen and Land O’Lakes.
With a passion for advertising and branding which has professionally defined me throughout my career, I utilize my hands-on creative print, digital and television experience, marrying it with my organizational experience in developing, instituting and shepherding departmental growth and progress. I am successfully well versed in instituting development in agency process and procedure, global resource management, personnel recruitment (utilizing internal and external resources), creative mentoring and developmental growth, as well as large scale budget planning/negotiating, financial/ estimating management, metrics tracking, and short and long-term planning.
In addition, I strive to achieve balance and organization in everything I pursue. Along with my work-work, my volunteer work in the not-for-profit sector is also very important to me. I currently chair the Human Rights Campaign’s Greater New York steering committee and am on its National Board of Governors, am heading up a re-branding effort for the Village of South Orange, NJ and have recently completed a stint as a reading tutor for urban East Orange, NJ third graders.
