Most of my career has been working in customer service. I have extensive experience in customer master data file set up, order entry, credit memos, RMA, invoicing, shipment follow up, collections - basically all aspects of customer service.
Once I have mastered a company's policies and procedures and am able to improve, compliment and train others on various systems. I have been involved in implementing various systems to improve or meet company growth.
I am comfortable working in a team or autonomously, I am happy behind a computer or dealing with customers on the phone, by email, on skype - any method of communication to resolve customer needs. I am confident and strong effective problem solver.
