Skills:
I’ve finished my bachelor’s degree in translation at Université de Montréal last December. I am fluent both in English and French and I master the Office suite as well as Antidote 9. Following my work experience at Le Groupe Syntagme, I learned to translate from English to French using a set of tools, such as a Dictaphone, several dictionaries (both online and offline) as well as Dropbox. I’ve applied my linguistic capacities to my assigned projects in order to translate as precisely and idiomatically as possible.

Working with an appointed reviewer, I was able to take advantage of the structure of a translation cabinet whilst striving as a freelancer. I also learned to use several translation memory programs such as Trados Studio and LogiTerm in my freelance translating.

The courses I’ve followed both in communication, creative writing and literature allowed me to hone my skills in terms of creative and technical writing. It also enabled me to acquire work methods to create and writing in the best possible conditions.
