I have a 3 years experience in the call center industry for customer service and sales agent assisting Australian and American Clients.
I can provide excellent customer service via email,chat or inbound call support. On this past years providing help with customers is my passion. I was trained to speak with different kind of people such as irate and unreasonable customers and to resolved their issue or concern as much as i can. I can work with least supervision and i take ownership of my job, I don't let go of customers/clients with unresolved problem. I was also trained for selling products which customers needed, for me selling is part of the resolution.
