I was involved in a student club "ENACTUS", I was vice president. My role was to plan, supervise, control and monitor all projects being implemented by the club. The projects were initiated to achieve the sustainable development goals. Through this commitment I have developed project management skills and the ability to manage a multiple of projects at the same time. I am a highly disciplined problem solver who is able to identify and analyze the causes of a certain situation and generate a set of alternatives to achieve a defined objective. I have developed and sustained leadership skills by getting the most out of my teammates and creating an environment for innovation and creativity. I was responsible for team management and motivation. These experiences have shaped my way to deal with team interactions and leadership responsibilities.
Moreover, I was responsible for managing stakeholders and building good rapport with other organizations for effective collaboration and partnership. Theses experiences have challenged me to develop great communication and negotiation skills. Furthermore, being in a dynamic challenging work environment, observing and coming up with solutions, had definitely strengthened my skills. My exceptional ability to work well under pressure, manage my time effectively and the ability to maintain a friendly, calm demeanor are examples for that.
Adding to that, as an environmental engineering student, my studies have taught me how to identify the causes for social and environmental problems and how to systematically approach to solve any of them. I have developed the engineering skills to enhance all aspects of environmental sustainability. Throughout my academic years, I gained experiences to conduct research studies and literature searches. I have exceptional presentation and public speaking skills from continuously giving out scientific presentations.
