My name is Anuja Nimbalkar and I am your internet handler! I would describe myself as a tech-savvy internet buff, never shy of learning something new, especially if it is technology/internet related!
I have worked virtually for nearly 2 years. I worked as a editor/proofreader with International Service Check and as a Virtual Assistant with a San Francisco based start-up. I am familiar and comfortable working in a start-up environment with a remote team based globally.
I specialise in writing professional, concise and helpful emails to customers. I have been a part of an 'escalations' team and I am no stranger to handling complex issues and finding solutions to best support the customers. I enjoy the challenges that come with my work and tackle them by applying my abilities to real-world and real-time situations.
I have also worked on-site for a year as programme coordinator on a 'Digital Campus' project for a school through National Institute of Technology, Silchar.
