I'm a seasoned customer service associate. I have worked and developed my skills for 6 years in the BPO industry. I have work for several companies as a customer service representative in general since 2011, ranging from both non-voiced and voiced accounts, inbound and outbound accounts.
I started doing outbound calls for a lead generating account and worked my way in getting more steady inbound jobs. I landed the job for an Auto parts company in the US. Answering calls for general inquiries, product information and resolving after-sales complaint for customers. After 3 years of phone call intakes, I eventually widened my skill set and took in non-voiced jobs such as email and chat support or mixed. This move provided me now with a full circle of how to provide customer service to our dear clients. Trained and accomplished on all platforms. Email and chat support, data entry, outbound and inbound calls for customer and technical support. These experiences have harnessed both my communication and working skills that I can use to fulfill the tasks given.
As a Customer Service Ambassador, customer satisfaction is my number one priority. I'm willing to learn and will fully familiarize myself with the product for me to provide the best possible support to customers and ensure that we will not only get new customers but create loyal ones that will be our promoters in the long run.
