I am an independent freelancer seeking for an online/work at home opportunity where I can effectively utilize my technical and customer service expertise .I have been working as a technical support/customer service representative for almost 8 years and my daily tasks enables to be more efficient when it comes to resolving technical issues like internet connectivity.I have also been trained on how to handle customers which helped me a lot on developing my customer service skills.
