I have had a contact center experience for 10 years which has provided me a very good training in customer handling task. As a customer Service Representative we dealt with complexity of a customer service call. We resolve issues, we provide quality service and we also even do all possible actions for customer retention. Because of these, I've become a Subject Matter Expert which brought me mentoring newly hired employees. I am also being assigned to handle supervisor calls at some point in time.

Adding to that, I am passionate about providing customer satisfaction and even exceeding customers' expectation. I am willing to go beyond scope of responsibility for a better resolution for customers.
