Skills:
Quality Assurance in a Ready to Eat (RTE) facility. Perform quality and safety checks for production daily start-up and end of production. Bacteria Pathogen and Quality management. Production staff supervision for quality control.

Teach science class and create and coordinate the science syllabus for the camp, after school program and high school student mentor program.

Daily review of the HACCP procedures and the food safety standard operating procedures. HACCP plan development. Supervision of ten food safety technician. Teach a weekly food safety class for new hires. Direct communication with USDA personnel for noncompliance resolution and other food safety related issues. Conduct various weekly and monthly food safety and HACCP meeting. Implementation of bacteria control and reuse water programs.
