If you are looking for someone to man your ecommerce's customer support or if you need EMAIL SUPPORT and/or LIVE CHAT OPERATOR, I am your person. I have experience using Zendesk, Slack, Jira, LiveChat, Shopify, Google applications and more. I'd be happy to be your partner in making impact on customer service.

I have worked for a craft beer company, ecommerce websites, a swimwear company, and a crowdfunding platform as Email Support, Live Chat Operator, Order Processor, and Crowdfunding Strategist. All of these has helped me grow in the Customer Service field.

To give you an idea about my work ethics, I'd like to let you know what customer satisfaction is for me. It is the measurement of good customer service, wherein assistance or advice is provided to keep customers happy!
