Attributes that best describes:
I am a passionate designer with over 9 years industry experience developing creative, user friendly solutions. I am able to communicate well with technical teams, content creators and other designers to achieve a great aesthetic that delivers a valuable experience for the end user. I love taking broad creative ideas and producing effective creative solutions for single-focused projects, as well as for through-the-line marketing campaigns. I have solid visual design skills, an in-depth understanding of user experience and working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JS.
Whilst working at the Barbican, Europe's largest multi-arts venue, as Multimedia Design Manager (Digital), I managed the Multimedia Assistant’s workload and output whilst implementing a combination of websites, microsites, emails, display advertising and other online marketing material, in line with the Centre’s artistic and commercial aims. It was essential to quickly create and revise wireframes and mockups in a fast-paced iterative environment.
I am an independent problem solver and in 2014 I started Chloe Ings LTD. Broadening my ideas and perspectives I have taken on multiple freelance projects, for clients such as National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain, Future Cities Catapult, INTO Film and London Cycling Campaign. Balancing design jobs requires exceptional self-motivation and organisation, to meet and prioritise competing and tight deadlines. Working with a diverse range of clients requires a great use of logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions.
I am a self-starter, thrive from working in a team and love sharing ideas and listening to others. I strive to learn as many skills as possible and have a very flexible, open-minded and positive approach to my work. My experience has taught that nurturing good relationships and identifying strengths will bring out the best in people.
