Attributes that best describes:
Strong analytical skills
I have 4+ years of experience working as a user experience researcher at the Writing, Information, and Digital Experience (WIDE) Research Center, where I employ various user-research methods to lead, design, and collaborate on industry-facing projects. These methods include interviews, surveys, focus groups, user/journey mapping, affinity diagramming, card sorting, personas, and usability testing. I am passionate user advocate and believe in supporting, working alongside, and benefiting users and the communities they live and work in. Not only that, but I have the skills to take the insights gained from these research methods and create actionable design assets such as (high and low fidelity) wireframes, user task flows, prototypes, and user reports and recommendations. As such, I have cultivated strong writing, analytical, and research skills that I am able to to merge with design thinking and creativity.
