Recently, I graduated from George Brown College with a Diploma in Special Event Management. I also hold a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Studies with Specialization in Film History. The nature of my studies has prepared me for work in arts administration and cultural animation.
I am pursuing a career in event/project management with heavy focus on art related event production.
Currently I work as an Event Planner and Programmer for George Brown College at Centre for Preparatory and Liberal Arts. I design and implement training sessions for hospitality volunteers and I am in charge of event programming for International students. I am also responsible for day to day operations in the events department and operations and collaborating with other departments and execution of the events.
During 6 years stay in Copenhagen I worked as a photographer and web designer. I was a participant of group exhibition in Copenhagen during 2015 Copenhagen Photo Festival and an author of several book and album covers. I worked closely with international artists documenting their works, planning exhibitions and social media appearance.
I am this rare bread of people who are both comfortable with working in solitude and on a team.
