My background as the User Experience and Interaction Design intern at Spectrum (Formerly Time Warner Cable) has given me the opportunity to work directly on an external facing cross-platform video dashboard product serving 25 million customers in over 41 states. In addition, I served as an apprentice directly under the Director of UX Design for the internal apps team, learning a lot about workforce management in the field. I performed product research as well as creating medium-fidelity wireframes for a mobile application serving 500 agents in regional operating centers and 11,000 maintenance field techs.

I am a skilled communicator who is accustomed to collaborating with other designers, prototypers, developers, stakeholders, end-users, and product owners both in-house and externally.
