I have 25 years in the restaurant industry. My first restaurant opened 12 years ago and has expanded and grown into a 4500 square foot establishment. I have a successful management team in place and sales continue to grow. I opened a second restaurant and built it to sell and did so two years ago after a year and a half of being open. All concepts, menus and recipes were designed by me. In my desire to do more I opened another business this year being a private chef and keto diet specialist. I am not looking for restaurant management rather consulting or creating concepts/businesses utilizing my skill set.
