I am pleased to submit herewith my application for the post been offered because I believe that my qualifications, work experience, and my personality enable me to meet the expectations and demand of this position which I like very much.
 
This post allow me to show all my talent and enthusiasm in organizing and planning any events, and also allow me to meet all kind of people of different culture and nationalities and levels, specially I am very well used to deal with VIPs people around the world ( I can explain more if I had the chance to be interviewed) , as I have been meeting many nationalities in each conference / events I have organized for the APC around the world ( Singapore, KSA, Dubai, Bangkok …) Chinese, Japanese , British, American , Indian, Indonesian,   and coming from various background. CEO, Chairman, players with disabilities, hotel staff from GM to the bellboy .

My academic records as well as my involvement in co-curriculum activities and work experience (specially in my last job) in addition to my personal life, has prepared me for this job and taught me the importance of interpersonal skills. 

As an active person in various activities I have been polished to communicate well in group as well as developing the ability to work with different level and social backgrounds (as I mentioned earlier)

Dealing with multi national people and specially Paralympic or impaired people had allowed me to gain valuable working knowledge by taking a very good care of their special need without hearting their feelings by showing sympathy .
 
As I am a very organized person, I was handling easily the administrative tasks of the secretarial jobs, to be ready to deal with any unexpected situation during my work in the hospital environments.
 
I Believe in planning ahead most of my tasks as I get to know what to expect with time specially during my work with the Director of Investment authority (ADIA) in addition to my last Job (APC) as I take a very good care of the smallest details which make a big difference ( in my opinion )
 
I use to contact the hotels and send them the guests names and passport copy to facilitate the process of checking in and assigning room to guests / board members so they do not have to wait at the front desk and get to their rooms immediately upon their arrival from their long voyage .
