My previous experiences and my multicultural background, as well as my current education in human resource management at USC, all together make me a strong candidate in several ways. A lot of time my own background gives me some very special standpoints. I always find that communication is one of my best skills and I think a good communication system is vital for any form of professions. My multilingual ability actually underpins this since I was little. I could bring a lot of ideas from different perspectives to the table and also being able to speak English Chinese and Korean, my multilingual ability also allows me not only to talk to different people but also to be able to deal with them efficiently. Being multilingual is more than being able to speak several languages fluently but it's actually knowing the background of the languages and the underneath cultures. By knowing that, my communication skills were largely improved as I learned different ways to communicate with different people. I tend to switch between different communication styles in front of different people. I’m also a fast learner that could pick up things quickly. My multitasking skill also allows me to work under different environment across different departments. and I’m also a detail-orientated person that i care about details in every way. I have learned to perform tasks individually and within a group.
