Strong analytical skills
There has never been a day which has let me to be curious about something and to find the answer to it. In my previous job I had to learn a lot at the same time need to be a team player in order to successfully achieve the target. I was in Thyssenkrupp Elevators in the installation department. Had to work with the team and to sort out the issues both technical and managerial in order to make sure that the work is on schedule. Good communication was the part of the work as I have to update the clients about the progress of the project, as at the end the deliverable will be inspected and then accepted by them so they were to be continuously updated about the project. Also the subcontractors are to be continuously asked about the technical issues and to help them in solving the issues. With all these analytically, technical and managerial skills there was a need of the creative aspect. The most neglected part in a building is the elevator shaft. The place were the elevator moves up and down. It should be clean, the walls to be whitewashed with proper illumination. I made it sure that the project site which is to be given should be in good condition. All these aspects for me are the most desired one in order to analyse and evaluate the project and to have a proper approach toward it by considering all the risk and importance of the stakeholders.
