I am an organized self-starter with several years’ experience in corporate office environments with working experience in network administration. I possess excellent inter-personal, written and verbal skills
and have worked in both the Public and Private sectors providing administrative support to senior management, scheduling meetings, maintaining files, photocopying and arranging couriers. The experience I have gained has equipped me with transferable skills for an Administrative position. I have several years’ experience working in a call centre environment providing customer service including training to assist with de-escalation of irate callers. I have worked with an employment agency for several years and feel that this is an opportunity for me to put those skills to work for myself as a Freelancer. I look forward this step in my career.
